Chandigarh: The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has demanded an independent probe by a central agency or a sitting judge of the Punjab and Haryana high cour.
Chandigarh has received more than 273.9 mm rainfall since June, which is much higher than Panchkula and Mohali. Director of the local meteorological centre, Surender Paul told The Indian Express that monsoon so far has fared well and rainfall is likely in next 48 hours also.
